 Integrating this ancient wisdom into our mind and body, allows us to stay relaxed and better deal with life challenges throughout the day. 

Moving meditations offer many benefits such as improved balance, fluidity, and awareness.

 

At this age of constant multitasking a practice that brings us back to ourselves and reconnects us to our body is most valuable. The essence of a meditative state is being present and focusing on one thing at a time.

 

Illustrate through movement the practice encompasses many life lessons, we learn to respond instead of react, and how to de-escalate conflict.
